Non-Titled.EP – 1st Two “Demo” Tracks I’ve Been Working On. #SoundCloud

Over the past 4 days, I’ve worked on 2 tracks for what could be an EP if you want to call it that. I think Not.Track.2 is still in “demo” stages, but Not.Track.1 is finished as far as the “album” is concerned. The only part of the tracks I did not create myself are the drum samples which are royalty-free.

7 Years Short – Demo

I keep saying to myself I’m going to finish this track… and I’ve been saying this now for over 10 years. After 7 years of procrastination, in 2006, I finally recorded what you’ll hear in this demo track. Yes, IT sounds very much like The Prodigy’s “Serial Thrilla.” Was it intended to be that way? Kinda, but I did get the idea for the melody from Serial Thrilla. When I put everything together, I hadn’t listened to Fat of the Land for a few months, yet the way everything flows shows quite a few similarities.

Hopefully soon, I’ll go back in and fine tune everything, which probably means I’ll just re-record the entire track again. Enjoy!

Lobotomy (demo) Track on bln.kr

Check out ‘Lobotomy (demo),’ a song that I wrote a few in 2006. ITRadio fans might know IT from the ‘Ninja’s At Ya Coming’ track Frosty and Graeme had moved out of MN. I’m hosting the track using bln.kr, where artists can share the music they make on twitter, facebook and myspace instantly.

Thanks goes out to Ian Schwartz of StudioZeroSeven.com for the heads up on bln.kr. Right now it’s just in beta stage, but they have a pretty good amount of musicians already signed up. You can find the link to all the artists on the right sidebar. I’ve missed it a few times now, so I thought I would give that hint.
